White Pagoda Group aims to create great investment opportunities in multifamily housing focused on America’s workforce. Affordable housing is and will continue to be a major challenge for the American future. Our strategy is to either partner with top real estate groups in the country to purchase, renovate and operate high-quality affordable housing or buy and operate small multifamily homes in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. Through stringent Acquisition Criteria, we analyze each deal for its value to investors and its value to the community.
As Managing Partner, Jay Wu is a serial entrepreneur and also a savvy real estate investor. He owns 6 Single Family Houses and acquired 425 units apartment complex along with his partners. Jay holds a master’s degree from UC Berkeley, and he lives in Dallas, TX with his lovely family.
